Got Negative Feelings..?? Spit It Out..!!

In Life, sometimes it just too easy to think that no one cares about you or having such bad-negative feelings, doubting that no one wants to hear to you, even when you are listening to everyone & taking time from your schedule to be with them or talk with them. Even, the most popular & famous people become insecure that, "Are People Close to Them, Really Care About Them?" Feeling unwanted & unnoticed, is a part of human condition, if you've got such feelings or you ever had such feelings, proves that you are a human with feelings & not a robot. But, What's really important to learn in such experiences, is realizing that everybody has their moments of doubt in their lives & when such things happen, you must learn to cherish yourself & your moments & should challenge the feelings that no body cares.

Firstly, You should pin-point such things or moments that made you feel such way. There can be many reasons for which, you felt left out, alone or ignored. Most of the reasons that come out in such moments are usually in our head. Some other reasons, may come from the things that has happened to you in recent times, like someone you trusted so much has broken that trust of yours or saying something about you on your back. Bit, if you can pin-point the reason for the feeling of getting alone or ignored, it would help you i understanding what really is going on. You don't have to rush your analysis of which things or moments has brought you these kinds of feelings & this is probably the most important thing to do, when you are feeling isolated, by pin-pointing such issues you can isolate them & prevent it from yourself to harm your imagination. But yes, "Some People Do Behave Like Jerks". It's really easy & human mind-set to think that everyone is so mean & doesn't care about anybody, but it's not TRUE..!!

Secondly, Help yourself to get over such Negative Feelings, Let It Go Out, Loud..!! Cry..!! It's okay, more than okay to Cry, to scream, pushing it out from your mind. A good cry or screaming it out where no body can hear you are some ways to let out your frustrations & sadness of your mind. Every person, has their own style of letting it out, some people take the course of MUSIC to get it out, some people just go out for a walk etc & if you're embarrassed that how you let go ( you don't have to feel embarrassed), go somewhere where it's just you, people cannot see you, hear you or notice you. But, just don't let your tears hold in, this makes the case even worse. It's okay, to scream & shout, when you're Angry..!! & you know, what you should be. Sometimes, its just not like you just have to. If you're upset it's important to let it out, in a manner, which you like.

Finally, the most important part is to finding out what matters to you & hanging onto it. Think of all the good things in life, how beautiful the day is or cherishing a moment when you felt special. Think of the times, when you were with someone & you smiled & laughed & had a good time, think of a time when you accomplished something you really wanted to do which made you the "Happiest" guy in this world at that moment. In the end, it doesn't matter what others feel about you, it's about you & it will matter, what you think of yourself, What you had done to your life.

In The End, When you've calmed down, now the real task comes, think again that what's been upsetting you. Just Ask yourself, "Was it the day that made your situation worse?", "Was it completely unexpected or has been going on for a while?", "Is it something that you can get away from?" Answer yourself honestly & 100%, you'll find out what has been bothering you. Now, you have to start fixing it.

    Quite a thoughtful post. Agree with you, if you can't decide what it is that's bothering you, ignore it and focus on things that have always made you happy. It makes you sad for a while, yes, but if it takes too long, you should learn to get over it.

    Life is a mixed bag of happiness and sadness, isn't it? :) It's okay to cry, but it's more important to come out of it when it's time. :')

      Yess, you are right, Life is a mixed bag of happiness & sadness. To let it out, it's okay to cry.... But, getting out of it is the perfect solution.. :)

  2. I think its the most thoughtful post you've written so far! Loved it- 100 % :)
    Just an addition- sometimes its becomes even more difficult when u kinda figure out what is bothering you..figuring out is just the first step, there is lot after that which is sometimes even more painful (sometimes)...journey of fixing it up has its difficult moments too...but yes, slowly things start to smoothen....
    Its just a small addition to your post- my observation may be.....but ya, I do agree with everything you said.

      Im really happy, that you could add to this post & what you said is absolutely correect, to get to the root of the problem, it requires strength & no one would ever understand the pain that person has gone through to get to the final product.. :)

  3. I maybe able to give you some insights into a pathological pessimist's head :P
    Yes, the past experiences definitely become the roots of thoughts like this and secondly it's also the attachment and expectations that come with it.We want someone to be around always and since that can't be possible, we tend to feel that way, as if we aren't cared for.

    Two perspectives on this: Like you said, we are all only humans, its very human-like to be in such a state of mind. And then there's also the realization that it's just a fleeting thought, we all grow insecure and lonely at times, that can't be helped. We need to realize that all of us do this to each other, blame them for taking us for granted (not being cared enough for) and take them for granted (making them feel the same). See? It's like a cycle and it's human nature.

    Having said that, it's always difficult to extract yourself from a bothering thought-cycle as this one. So, I absolutely agree with what you had to say, look at the brighter side of things :) It's quite a task for pessimists like me to wrap our heads around this, but y'know despite everything, that glint of optimism keeps the hope alive that we would be able to overcome such moments :)
